Juli is great at what she does! I really enjoyed working with her and learned a lot along the way. I didn't live in the area so most everything was remote and the process was seamless. I have so many great words that I can say about working with Juli throughout my house selling process. I will try to be as concise as possible. I was referred to Juli by a close friend of mine that said she had an amazing experience with Juli helping her purchase her home. From the moment that I spoke with Juli I felt that her energy was exactly the type of person Id want in my corner with this process. Juli stopped by my house the moment that I told her I was contemplating my move and walked me through the process as well as did a walkthrough in my home to gauge what task I can complete to ensure that my home is ready to list. Lets just fast forward time and a month from the moment that I told Juli I was ready to sale, I am now typing this review; house sold, closed and everything is complete. Juli was very attentive to any need and concern that I had every step of the way and was open to any ideas and suggestions that I had alongside her expertise and knowledge of the process. I am forever grateful that I had her in my corner and would highly recommend her to any and everyone for their home buying and selling needs. I wouldnt steer you wrong. Truly amazed that this process was as seamless as it was being that we often hear horror stories of people trying to sell their homes. I have no complaints whatsoever and my only regret is that it sold too quickly meaning that Juli would no longer be able to stop by to talk house stuff since I moved out of state :(.
