Worst experience. The CEO Jeff is so rude and doesnt help the sellers. Im a real estate investor and I would never use this company again.

They are a connection service and just forwarded me on to another realtor. I asked if they charged extra fees they said no but then when I got pushed to the other realtor, the other realtor had a fee of .5%. Very shady business practices because even though they decided to refund my money they still tried to keep 60$ for some reason. Even though all they did was fail to keep any of their promises and my real estate was never listed. Strongly recommend to avoid. There are much better options out there.

We learned so much through this process. ClickIt was a GREAT solution for flat-rate selling of a home, and VERY available and responsive. They also reminded us when things needed to be done.

We just started using Clickit Realty to list our homes, as a builder it seems to be the best way to control representation of our inventory and our company as a whole. The processes they have put in place are very streamlined with reminders that keep everyone on track and in compliance. The responsive customer service I have received thus far deserves a 5++ star rating! Everyone has been great but I must say DEB has went above and beyond everytime I have needed either further explaination or to troubleshoot a hiccup or two within the listing, She always ALWAYS follows through and we can all appreciate a person like that. I am not suggesting to skip a listing agent if you have no previous experience selling property on your own, but if you plan to sell your own property on a regular basis... CLICKIT is definitely THE BEST way to go!!!
