My fiancee and I are getting married this October and Jae helped us find the home that was right for us. I cant say enough about how much of a blessing Jae truly is. Back in February 2022, I decided I was going to move to Atlanta. I knew I had a very firm plan we had to stick with. I wanted my dream home, with the best diverse schools, and we needed to be moved in before school started. Jae definitely stuck to the plan and did nothing but pour into me and support me. The one week I was here, we spent time looking at properties, unfortunately I didnt go under contract with any homes I had interest in. Jae quickly recognized my taste, and the type of home I wanted. Jae went out of her way to look at homes on my behalf. Jae found my dream home and managed everything from beginning to end Even situations where I should have been present. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Although the transaction is officially closed, Jae still has my back. Thanks for everything youve done for me Jae!

I initially was planning on attending Jaes in person Homeownership seminar but life got in the way, and then a pandemic really got in the way. Hesitant about starting the journey to purchase my first home during a pandemic, I was prepared to postpone my dream until their following year. In preparation, I attended her first ever virtual seminar in early May 2020 in hopes of learning the tools I would need for a 2021 house hunt. I reached out following the seminar and Jae was very responsive to my inquiry about the brokerage process. She empowered me to start my journey in June 2020. I was prepared to extend my lease (that was slated to end on August 20th) by 3 months in order to give myself more runway to find a place. Jaes enthusiasm for the search and her responsiveness put me at ease and a mere 2.5 months later, I am writing this review from my new home! I could not have gotten through this process without Jae and the network of contacts she has fostered. A true testament to her professionalism includes her giving birth during the process but never missing a step. Anyone looking for a knowledgeable agent who is in tune with the Atlanta market and who will advocate and negotiate on your behalf look no further than Jae!
