        We have been with John Bailey for 8 years now. Bought two homes and sold two homes. We love how professional he and his team are. They are always approachable, eager to answer questions and compete with the market competitively. I love the personal touches and above and beyond care that we have received. For example, John came to check on the house sale preparation, rolled up his sleeves and helped touch up paint around our garage doors, talking to neighbors and passers by. We cannot speak more highly of this company and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy and sell a home.

        Paula is unprofessional and trashy. You can tell the way she poorly handled the incoming inquiries to this business are reflective of how she runs her household with her poorly behaved children being into a screaming match with her during business hours. I was never put through to "John Bailey" despite me asking. I was told I would get a call back from an agent. Nobody called and she then said I should just find another agent since there are so many in the city. This company is the listing agent so that made no sense. In anycase Paula is trashy and driving potential clients away because she doesn't enjoy working from home? What a miserable low level woman!

      Elaine/ "3ll E"- after a full review and conversation with our team members, we were able to gather some great information that was left out of your review. First, to mention her personal home and children, is very uncalled for. That type of behavior towards our staff and agents, will not be tolerated. Paula is a wonderful team member and asset to our firm, who has been with us for 12 years and is a phenomenal mother. From your call received by Paula on Monday around 2pm, she gathered your interest in one of our leases and then directly shared your interest and contact information with one of our agents and leasing managers at 2:14pm. As Paula stated, the agent would follow up with you regarding your interest to view the unit the following business day, but that at the time of your call, she was on showing appointments. When you called back at 5, upset that the agent had not called you yet, Paula reminded you again, that they were on showing appointments with her client, but has your information and would be following up. If you were to move forward as a client of theirs's, I am sure you would want the same level of service they were providing while with them. To sum up, we are not a good professional match for each other and wish you the very best and best wishes on finding your next lease!
