Had the pleasure of being introduced to Janet in late February, 2019. I was contemplating making a move into town, but had done absolutely nothing to get started. With Janet's seasoned guidance, resources and help, I closed on a perfect home in Brookhaven and she listed my Grayson home and sold it, all within four months. We used Janet when relocating to Georgia from Colorado and we LOVED her! Knowing absolutely nothing about Georgia, we wanted to work with someone that would be open to exploring multiple areas before making a decision and she was right there with us. We had been trying to work with a realtor before finding Janet and she was super rigid about what areas she would be willing to show us houses in and it just didn't feel right. Janet always had sound advice and walked us through the whole process with ease. We ended up purchasing a property in Loganville and she even did a lot of the footwork for us because we were out of state. Her son Brian who also works with her is also a joy to work with. We never felt rushed or like they were "fitting us in". We felt like a priority throughout our entire experience. They also stepped up after we had closed because we were having issues with our warranty company. Janet is the perfect example of a professional that goes way above and beyond.
