We recently made the decision to move from Colorado to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. Since we would do much of the process remote from CO, it was imperative that we had a really qualified realtor. Maggie Jett of Sharp Real Estate Services came highly recommended & after speaking with her by phone, it was obvious she knew what she was doing. We did extensive online searches & shared with Maggie the features we liked & disliked in each home. She quickly got a good picture of what would fit us & helped us narrow down the list.I took a trip to GA to look at the short list & fell in love with a beautiful Colonial on some acreage. I came back to CO with pictures & videos for my sweety to see & we decided to make an offer. This is where the fun began. If you've bought a home in the last decade, you've experienced how ridiculous the mortgage application process has become. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with the mortgage company. Fortunately we had Maggie to help us maintain our sanity through the arduous process - if not for her we would have fired the mortgage company & started over with another one.Maggie went above & beyond any of our expectations, working to get things done at the house, keeping the crappy mortgage company in check, making multiple trips to the home for inspections, appraisals, then being at the closing while we were in CO. I've worked with many realtors in my life & have never had anyone so professional, engaged, caring, & downright nice in any of my dealings.
