My wife and I were first time home buyers and even though I'd done lots of research beforehand, my wife and I were still nervous and felt overwhelmed with how much went into the process. Thank goodness we found Ariel! Upon our very first meeting, it was clear she was knowledgeable and very experienced. She knew how to deal with the crazy market we were buying in. She was truthful about realistic expectations, while at the same time, fought hard for us to get what we really wanted out of a house. She worked really well with our mortgage broker, and knew exactly who to recommend for things like the inspection, utilities, and other services. She knew when to reassure us when we were nervous, when to push us when we were hesitant, and when to step back and give us room to decide things for ourselves. If you need a realtor, this is the realtor to get! My wife and I can't even imagine having had someone else for this experience.
