Ms. Moniqu went above and beyond to make sure I had the best service up to date. She was extremely hands on with my whole process and made me feel like a family. We started looking approximately six months before our lease was up to purchase a home and had no success in finding anything that we were interested in. Through a referral we met Ms. Monique and at this time period we needed to move within 45 days and close in 30 days. Ms. Monique truly understood what our needs were and was able to find a home for us to meet the crucial deadline we were up against and assisted us through the entire process. We were first-time buyers and Monique was amazing with us! She listen to what we were looking for in a home, did her research, was very patient with us, gave us some choices, and next thing you know we finally narrowed it down to this home that we closed on back in 2019!
