I cannot say enough enough glowing, positive things about Tina and our experience with Intown Elite Real Estate. We were moving from Minneapolis during the worst of the real estate downturn and Tina's work with us spanned nearly 18 months as we scoured the entire Atlanta area, narrowed our focus to a few--then just one--intown neighborhood, waited for our house to sell in MN, pursued (then withdrew from) a short sale property and then--finally--purchased the perfect home for our family with Tina's guidance. We have been in our home exactly one year and could not possibly be happier with the house, the neighborhood and the decision we made both to purchase this particular house and to work with Tina McGee to find it.
Tina is the ultimate professional, and after looking at just a few homes together, I trusted her entirely with the job of previewing possibilities while I was in MN, crossing them off the list or scheduling a showing for my next trip to Atlanta. She had such an excellent sense of exactly what we were looking for that we saved a tremendous amount of time letting Tina vet many of them first. Tina is so knowledgeable about the market here in Atlanta, and had excellent advice for us as we negotiated the ups and downs of a shifting market. We had very unique needs and were looking for a special home that would accommodate a large family and work well for entertaining; Tina was unfailingly patient and tirelessly good-natured about our seemingly endless house hunt. She was also very savvy about navigating the tricky financial steps of securing a loan with the new requirements, walking us step by step through the complicated, nerve-wracking process. She is an absolute gem and I cannot imagine having done this with anyone else. She was also great fun to be with, and I really miss our days together of trekking through what seemed to be nearly every available house in Midtown Atlanta! Relocating to a different city can be an overwhelming, harrowing process but Tina helped make the transition a positive one for our entire family. She was one of the first people to welcome us to our new city, and it made all the difference. She is everything a really great Realtor should be--and then some.
