Peggy Vargo Premier Properties is a great agency! I worked with Tom McCoy from the agency and he was an absolutely fantastic agent! I was a first time home buyer and was looking in multiple neighborhoods all over metro Atlanta. Tom patiently and enthusiastically scheduled showings in all of my preferred areas and never wavered even as my home search began to drag out because of the craziness of the market. When I did go under contract on my home Tom was able to negotiate several items for me that I wanted in the contract and made my purchase as smooth as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Tom! I will absolutely be using Peggy Vargo Premier Properties to sell and buy my next house in the future.

Peggy vargo is one of the best realtors in Atlanta Georgia. Ive never met anybody so loving loyal and dedicated to her client. She goes over and beyond her duties to help her clients find a home or sell a home! I would highly highly recommend Peggy vargo Premier properties with all of your real estate needs! Tom McCoy her son has been in business with peggy for over 25 years he is also a wonderful person He is very very knowledgeable with any listing in Atlanta and outside the city limits. Tom goes to the highest extremes to make sure his clients have exactly whats right for them. I have never met such wonderful people before and would highly recommend them for your real estate needs!!
