As a first time home buyer, CaVonna guided me through the process, answered my endless calls and texts and advised me the entire way! She had amazing recommendations when it came to houses in the area that we should consider. She connected me with multiple contacts, from the mortgage lender to a home insurance agent. CaVonna went above and beyond when I went under contract, going to the house multiple times to make sure the issues were resolved with plenty of pictures and explanations to make me feel confident in purchasing the house. Thank you CaVonna once again for all your help and being an amazing realtor!

CaVonna did what can only be described as an amazing job as our realtor. She was so patient with us every step of the way. She met with us whenever we had questions, she was always a text away, and any time we were unsure of the next step she had an answer and positive feedback. She even even helped us haggle down from the asking price which ultimately netted us immediate equity once the appraisal was done on our home. But one thing that went above all others is she was on board when we decided to make an offer on our house days before going out of the country for two weeks. She coordinated with us despite the time difference and helped everything run smoothly. It was an incredible experience and I wouldn't be such a happy homeowner without her help!

CaVonna, is the best realtor I ever had!! Shes honest, always on time and puts more than 100% in the process of real estate,. She is willing to get dirty (make repairs) if she sees the need and I rarely see that. She gets the job done and I dont want to forget most importantly, her customer service skills are great!!! CaVonna comes highly recommended!!

Cavonna is very professional and dependable. Selling or buying a home is one of the most important thing people do in their life.
