Before Avery, I thought realtors were kind of useless. After working with him, I realized that I had just never worked with a good realtor before. He was incredibly accommodating, working as best as he could around my schedule (both work and when I was literally out of the country on vacation). He was knowledgeable yet self-aware, pointing out things that I did not know/notice, and readily admitting when he needed to find out more (and always followed up with me with the information). At no point did I feel like he was just trying to sell a house to me as soon as possible to collect a commission. He was frank about evaluating the houses we had seen, providing both strengths and drawbacks. He never pressured me to make a decision, and let me do things in my own time. I enjoyed working with him, and have already recommended him to others.
