My experience with Richard Davis was very smooth. He was very helpful and patient with the language barrier between us. I truly enjoyed every step of working with Rich and team during my first home purchase. He was attentive and responsive to my familys needs and really made magic happen for us when it came down to negotiations! From the very first time meeting Rich, I had a good sense that I was in great hands. One of the things he asked during our initial meeting were my preferred method and type of communication and he maintained that throughout the whole process!
