Eric Benjamin and Associates

This guy was quite possibly the worst realtor we have interacted with. He was the sellers agent in a house we purchased. He was so lazy and unable to do anything to make the transaction go through - he wouldn't communicate with his client, he didn't get the proper documents signed in time by his seller and we had to delay closing, he was completely unhelpful throughout the whole process. His laziness was so extreme we had get our realtor to track down the seller and get their documents filled out, because he couldn't lift a finger. He did not even show up for the closing probably because he was so embarrassed. beware this realtor at all costs if you want to close. We have never met anyone so unprofessional

I've never seen anyone talk about real-estate the way Eric talks about it. He is self-actualized in the stuff. I think his biggest strength is that he takes the time to listen to people. He is faithful in his representation, loyal to his clients, and works very hard to find that win-win in every negotiation. He brings a very common-sense approach to his work. A value-add: Eric is very well connected. He's got contacts for every little need, and can tell you whom to hire and whom to avoid. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him for any real estate question.
