        Beware properties listed with this branch. Myself and peers were initially met promptly to view a beautiful listing. With ambitions to move forward, we were assured upon the submission of our applications and fees we would meet our desired move in date. The moment this company had our money we were ghosted. No updates, phone calls dodged and money withheld. On the rare occasion they picked up the phone, the update was insincere, brief and lacked any sort of commitment that was promised prior to our investment. We were finally told they could not get in touch with the owner and that a power line had fallen near the house but would take 3 months to repair. Extremely frustrating process that ultimately just feels like a cash grab scheme.

      Andrew thank you for your feedback however is account of the situation with you rental plans is inaccurate. You were shown the property and submitted application and paid the application fees. You and your potential "co-tenants" asked the owner for a reduction in the lease amount which caused him to question if you and the three other roommates could afford the rental home. While the background checks were being processed the home sustained damage from a storm. This damage issue was communicated several times to you and the other roommates. We asked if you would give us a few days to work through the situation. The owner is currently dealing with insurance claims which is a lengthy process(also this was communicated today to you all). It's unfortunate you have taken this drastic measure to obtain housing. Our firm was will to aid you but to do so honest is one of our guiding principles.
