On November 5 I spoke with Nickolas for an offer on my home witch is a 2006 Fleetwood double wide on one acre my home has been totally remodeled from the. Framework up everything was done in 2021 new everything Nickalous came back with a $90.000 quote I asked hisignedm is there anyway it could come up in price nicalas said he had to get with his partner Johnny, the next day on the sixth they came back with a quote of 92 five it was all agreed-upon. It was approved by Johnny and the paperwork was sent over for me and my wife signatures we did have some Worthing changed up to use our title company and the escrow was supposed to start that day of the signatures instead of waiting seven days, so anyway, the seventh they come around, and Johnny calls me and backs out of the contract, saying that is underwriters, would not borrow on a double wide advised him that this conversation was in detail on November 6. Everybody knew it was a double wide, and it was totally remodeled. Everything in this home is new and now hes saying that is underwriters would not borrow the money that they wanted to come down to 75,000, theres a contract and it was with Kemper Realestate group, so how can they back out of this contract with out having to forfeit the thousand dollar escrow can someone give me a response to this or someone to call her up at Kemper Realestate group?
