Fred helped me the whole way and made sure he put me in the best position possible during my real estate transaction. All my questions or concerns where answered timely. I have purchased and sold houses with Diffrent realtors but none of them where like when I purchased with Broker Boy Reality due to theirs professionalism and exceptional customer service. I will continue to used them for all of my real estate needs.

THIS is the firm you want to represent you in your real estate transaction. I relocated to Georgia from out of state and the transaction was seamless!! Fred FaceTimed me for walk throughs of the property, took videos and pictures and sent them to me after the initial walkthrough was done and even had his assistant return for a follow up walkthrough so i could see it again. Keep in mind this was all done over FaceTime and i made an offer on the property before ever actually seeing it in person. The other important thing to note is Fred really took the time to deep dive into what i wanted in my home, negotiables, non-negotiables, where i wanted to live, and a host of other things to ensure we had quality properties to look at that checked off my list of must haves in my home. Fred also did an amazing job communicating via text, phone call, email, FaceTime, and even DM on social media! There was not one question i had that went unanswered. The other thing that was very important in this transaction was Freds knowledge of the home buying process but also the lending process. He came to the table offering education and options to ensure that I was fully equipped to purchase something i loved but was also comfortable paying for it. He really took the time to help me work through the options of what would work best for me in my next home and that was greatly appreciated!! Broker boys realty is a quality BLACK OWNED firm that i could write a book about how amazing my experience was!! Dont take my word for it though, contact them, start your own journey, and write your own book!! Whats for sure is that Broker Boys Realty will NOT disappoint from start to finish of your transaction!!
