Park Realty was wonderful in our home sell (also several years ago when we used them to purchase). We had the help of Drew and John who each brought their own strengths. Drew really helped us with staging vision, while John's contacts and recommendations come through with short notice painting and minor repairs that were more than worth the money. Drew and John also really knew the market, other agents, current landscape, and were great at helping us navigate when to take an offer versus when to wait for more offers. In the end they helped us get above asking and kept us sane in the process. They definitely work super hard and add value to really earn the commission!

Where to start? John and Drew were beyond amazing. Of course, they covered what was expected easily and flawlessly (getting our house in selling shape, staging, listing photo's, etc.). They did all of the little things even when they didn't have to. They insisted on going through with the open house even when we had 5 offers waiting. They continued to advertised the house even after we had offers in the wings. They allowed us to stay in a rental home while our house was being shown to use internet and work. Additionally, we borrowed John's truck for the move. We got $10,000's above asking and had offers within 24 hours. I don't think it's possible to ask for anything more. 100% would recommend.
