The Silberman team was wonderful to work with. As a first time homebuyer we had tons of questions and they were able to answer them all and were always very responsive. We also never felt pressured from them to make a decision. Home buying is a stressful process but they made it super easy.

We worked with the Silberman Team in 2020 to help us with the purchase of our current home as they were highly recommended from work colleagues. We had purchased homes in the past that were new construction, so our knowledge of the contract negotiation and inspection processes for an existing home was very limited. We were so fortunate to have Lauren's expertise in that process and closed on our home with no issues. Since we were so pleased with the purchase process, we chose to work with them again in 2023 for the sale of our rental home. That process was much more complicated! Lauren and Keith advised us on the necessary repairs to get the rental property into good shape, subsequent to extreme wear and tear from the renters. They suggested reliable vendors to do the repairs and an excellent home staging company. Lauren wrote a fantastic description of the home when it was placed in the MLS and we received an offer withing three days! Unfortunately, the buyer's financing faced a series of setbacks. Lauren and Keith were diligent in handling all communication and requesting updates from the buyer's agent and financing companies. When the buyer's initial financing fell through, they recommended an alternative funding source that was able to bring the sale to fruition after months of delay. Overall, Lauren and Keith have a wealth experience and are extremely knowledgeable of the legalities of real estate. We highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren and Keith, who helped me buy my house in 2022. Lauren was extremely patient with my numerous questions regarding the process but was also assertive and clear with her thought process when putting in numerous offers. You can tell she is extremely skilled and proficient in this field! Once under contract, I got around to working with Keith who helped me a lot with some electrical issues that came up. He was as patient as Lauren and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Lauren has been kind enough to handle some questions regarding tax issues well after I closed on my house. Lauren and Keith both made me feel like they had my back and I never hesitated to reach out to them. They are a wonderful team!
