We started my home buying process when I was 8 months pregnant and very hormonal. Tarshema took her time to ensure that I understood the entire process, and was very patient with me. I encountered every possible dilemma you could think of, including having to change lenders three times, and defaulting on a contract (fault of the lender). Regardless of what obstacle was thrown at us Tarshema figured out a solution even on the morning of my closing when another monkey wrench was thrown at us.
