Our experience was great. I have access to over 10,000 real estate agents in my work database and chose Jimmy Chang because he knows how to maintain a work and personal relationship. Jimmy Chang helped us sell our home for asking price with low seller concessions. He did this is in a not so hot market in a not so hot area. Neighboring homes still have not sold. I highly recommend Jimmy, we are using him to buy our next house!

Being a first time home buyer, the process can be extremely stressful and overwhelming. There are so many questions you have in such an unfamiliar territory. You will also learn there are questions you did not know to ask. This is why it is crucial to find an agent who is skilled and knowledgeable about the market, but also someone you feel comfortable with and can trust with one of your largest investment decisions of your life. There are so many real estate agents out there, it is easy to feel unsure about whether you found the agent for you! After feeling a disconnect with a couple agents, we were really fortunate and thankful for the opportunity to work with Jimmy. Jimmy was professional, informative, and very attentive to detail. You want an agent who is going to find you the home you love. However, it is just as important to know your agent is going to work hard to make sure you have a smooth process from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Jimmy to sell and buy a new home. His skills and expertise sold our property for much more than comparable properties in our area in less than 3 weeks! He provides you with valuable advice to maximize the potential of your property and has proven to be a great negotiator. Jimmy is also not like some agents who are "clocked out" for the day after 5:00 pm. His responses are quick and has even responded to my random questions and messages late at night. (Retrospectively thinking, that was a bit rude on my part!!) Nevertheless, issue with communication is one concern you can throw out the window! In addition to the stress of finding a great real estate agent, you have to figure out who you will choose for your mortgage loan and possibly a reliable company/person who will inspect your property prior to close. I'm usually skeptical about these types of referrals, but every single person Jimmy has recommended has been superb. He has developed a very trustworthy network of people which makes a world of a difference for someone buying/selling a home for the first-time.

Jimmy Chang found exactly what we wanted and was extremely professional in all ways. My girlfriend and I found our dream home our first day searching for houses with Jimmy. As soon we we knew that it was the right choice we contacted a Jimmy immediately to get the ball rolling, and thats exactly what he did. Were both very pleased with how smooth the process was and are very grateful we went with Jimmy Chang to guide us into our brand new home. Thanks so much brother! I had the best home buying experience thus far. Met with Jimmy Chang through mutual contacts and he recommended me to an awesome group to help me get pre approved right away. Jimmy and I talked and listed the specific areas and school I wanted my children to be in and everything I was looking for in my dream home. Jimmy is super knowledgeable and very determined. Exactly what I was looking for in an agent. Any new homes that was listed we were out the next day checking them out. One weekend I was out of town and Jimmy went to the homes himself and sent me lots of pictures and videos to give me an idea. Within 2 months we were able to find a home that I loveeee, and closed with no issues. Its the same school district my kids are currently in and the area I wanted to be in. The Lawrenceville/ Suwannee area. Highly HIGHLY recommended to all my family and friends. I will work with Jimmy again in a heart beat.
