Where do I start? At first I was a bit hesitant being a first time home buyer, but Nautica tried reassuring me so many times. I originally reached out in September but I got cold feet. November came around and Nautica reached out with an offer from a lender that was pretty much a steal. She made the process very seamless, following up and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way; answering all questions I have no matter how ridiculous it may sound. She is thorough and I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home at any stage. She will get you right.
