I would highly recommend Joel and Granot. My experience with Ellis Murray was superb. From all aspects of finding the right fit for a new location for our business Ellis couldn't have done a better job. I am very satisfied how the process flowed smoothly and quickly. I really appreciated how prompt Ellis was and any questions or issues I had were always addressed very quickly. I am totally pleased with the new location and the process. Dan goes the extra mile, and has the expertise and relationships to get the deal done. I have used Dan twice over the last five years and both times it was an awesome experience. In particular, the second time we used him - he pulled a rabbit out of the hat. We were in a situation where we needed to sign a new lease quickly and the owners had us over a barrel. We had essentially no leverage and would have signed almost anything to get the deal done. Dan somehow got us good terms. He also helped us create a lot of value in selecting a space and building it out. He got us a much better deal than if we had done this alone or with another broker. He made it easy and saved us a lot of time. Dan - I appreciate all the experience and relationships you bring to the table, the effort, and the result. Thank you.
