The Park House Group helped us sell and purchase our new home and it was a wonderful experience. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very patient, with explaining the, purchasing a home dialogue. And, their explanations were very easy to understand. They truly listen to your needs and wants. Communication is key for me and Tremayne and Vanessa would always communicate showings with time to prepare and would jump in to help if needed. They were also very flexible, as our work schedules only allowed us to look at homes in the evening. Overall, wonderful experience and I would recommend.

I honestly hate that its taken me so long to write this review. We purchased our first home with The Park House Group. It was a great experience. We tried different realtor before Tremayne and almost put the search on hold because we could never quite find what we were looking for. We also felt pressured to put in offers after one visit. We were inexperienced and it was overwhelming. My husband knew of Tremayne and we decided to give him a call. It was like night and day. He was very responsive and worked with our schedule. He also find us much more suitable homes. A good School district and a basement were a must. We had so many questions and I do not do well with uncertainty but, I never felt like a burden. On times when our schedules did not match Vanessa was there to fill in and we felt equally comfortable with her. Our daughter was always along for the ride and at times very cranky and they never bat an eye at it. We felt confident trusting them to help us on our journey and we found an amazing home in an a wonderful neighborhood. Its everything we needed for our growing family. There are realtors and then there are Tremayne and Vanessa. Wed choose them every time! Id be more than happy to answer any questions about my experience as well
