Jeff Colter made it happen!!! Just wanted to say thanks for all your hard work. I never realized how much "behind the scenes" action that took place until the dust settled after our purchase. Always available for us and anyone that was tied to our purchase. Dependable and professional at all times. He had the correct answers, gave us good non biased insight on personal purchasing preferences and questions we had. Jeff was actually referred to us from another realtor. I'm glad he was referred. Martha Lococo has been an amazing agent. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. She sold my house and helped me find the perfect home for my family. I felt comfortable with her from the very first meeting. The market can be very stressful, but she put me at ease every step of the way.
