I had the privilege of working with Benjamin Brown as my agent for the purchase of my home. Benjamin was kind, patient, courteous, and always professional. He listened and supported my wishes in finding a new home. I appreciate his presence during this endeavor and wish him the best. The Zac Team definitely made a good choice in welcoming this agent into their firm.

I closed 3/29/03 on my new home Victoria Mucci/The Zac Team are the best. Victoria was very patient with whatever question I may have had throughout the process. I highly recommend her and her team when your looking for your next new home. Thanks again Victoria for a wonderful job well done!!!

Working with The Zac Team, particularly with Zoe, was an amazing experience! As first-time homebuyers, we had so many questions about the process and Zoe was wonderful to us. In our first meeting at her office, we told her what we were looking for, our budget, and the locations that we were interested in, and she readily identified what were our must-haves on a house. She also answered ALL our questions very kindly and in an easy-to-understand way. Based on that first meeting, she created a personalized site for us that showed us listings that would be a good fit for us and that we could choose to go see in person. We toured at least 20 different condos/houses and Zoe was with us in each of them and was super straight-up in letting us know what she thought about them, which was extremely useful because she could notice things that we would have 100% overlooked. When the time to start submitting offers came, she made the process extremely smooth and she always advocated for us, trying to get us the best possible deal while having a strong competitive offer. Thanks to that, we were able to get our offer accepted on our dream condo! The closing process was also very smooth and she was there for us every step of the way. I just don't have enough words to describe how lucky we were to have such an experienced, honest, trustworthy, and kind person as Zoe as our agent. We will always be thankful to her and will undoubtedly use her in the future! We can't recommend her enough!

My family and I chose to work with The Zac Team on a whim when looking for a place in the Atlanta area, and that decision could not have been better. I worked with Jessica, and she was on top of everything. She was very flexible about meeting times to show places, was very organized and extremely responsive throughout the entire process, and respected my set budget. As a first time homebuyer, she went out of her way to guide me through the process. I can not recommend Jessica and the Zac Team highly enough! Update: I have now used the Zac Team to sell my home, and it continued to be a great experience! For selling, we reached out to about 3 months before I needed to move. She stopped by the condo quickly, gave suggestions on how to prep it for showings, and was then prompt about scheduling photographs and getting the listing live! Jessica and other members of the Zac Team answered all our questions quickly and helped us get through a relatively stressful time with no issues. They are very accommodating about schedules, as I work very long hours from Monday to Friday, and were able to work with me on evenings and weekends (apart from the closing). Would gladly use them again if I moved back to the Atlanta area!
