As most of the recent reviews suggest, stay away from this brokerage! Especially if your buyers are represented by Shannon Spry! My wife and I, and our 4 children, had an unfortunate situation arise and needed to cancel the sale of our property less than 18 hours after signing. We were immediately threatened by Homesmart that we would be sued and forced to sell our home as well as sued by them for the full commission. They have no empathy and do not care about anyone or anthing except the money. We had to pay $5,000 to keep our home. Stay away!!

SCAMMER! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I reached out to Danielle back in Sept. 2023 maybe Oct. 2023 for my patient. We scheduled to view the property, once I view the property for my patient, I notified him & he informed me he would like to apply basic upon what I saw of the property and the information provided to me by Danielle. We put in an application and lets just say Danielle Lee likes to make up stories and not tell the truth. She informed us that credits scores and other personal reasons, in addition another candidate in the same situation was a better fit than my patient and I, now here we are in December the Townhome over in Princeton Lakes is still being advertised to be rented still. Danielle Lee like to take money and act as if she is trying to help but she really isnt. Application fee TOO HIGH just to play games and have ppl placing applications KNOWING SHE(Danielle) WILL DENY IT. And blame the Owner when she is the owner. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!! -Jessica

Working with this company and realtor is one of the worst experiences in my life. I think back on it now and regret ever getting involved with this company and realtor. The level of incompetence is unbelievable. We relied on this realtor, Kathy Pomerantz, for advice. We believed she had our best interest at heart. Little did we know that her interest were only in making money off of us. If shopping for a realtor, keep looking. We made the mistake of using Kathy for both the sale our house in St Ives and the purchase of our new house in Doublegate in Johns Creek GA. This was a huge mistake. She was motivated strictly by commission on both sides and provided us with horrible guidance on the value of our existing home. Do your own homework when deciding how much your property is worth and not a realtor motivated by sales. Never use the same agent for both transactions. Its a lesson learned for us. While a couple of years have passed since this happened, I think about it a lot and finally decided to share my experience in hopes that it wont happen again to someone else.

I was not informed by my agent Vontinese Johnson that I would be paying all the closing costs. I found out at the closing table, on the day of closing. She & the other agent I was informed fixed the numbers because the buyer couldn't afford to pay closing costs and the house also. Your agent is supposed to have your best interest. I used her when I brought the house I sold. However, when I sold the house I was deceived in thinking that I would receive more money. Trust no one, have an attorney to represent you at closing. Your agent sometimes works against your best interest for her realtor friends
