The worst company to ever do business with. They take over property not knowing what the conditions of the homeowner are actually renting. The work close with slumlords and try to keep whatever money is owed to you even if they don't have the proof of the conditions on the homes are in. Melanie Lynch is the worst. She doesn't know what she's taking about when it comes to renting and also thinks she a teacher and needs to teach people the law on renting. I'm in the process of legal actions against her and the slumlord whom hired her. These people are ridiculous I went the entire summer with no air conditioning nor did I have heat in the winter. I had major gas leaks at my residence. They also called a plumbing company and created an Ancona in my name when it was told the landlord is responsible for fixing certain things. Don't rent from these people run run run as fast as you can.... don't rent from DPS LLC slumlord Warning!!!!!!!!
