Contacted for business lease opportunity and contact was extremely off putting! Wouldn't even let me explain what I wanted to do before telling me Lee and White was uninterested. I was like excuse me can I even speak. Once I was able to get it out, I was told my concept was already coming to the location. Well, 1. thanks for making me chase you down for months and then returning my call after. Maybe I would have gotten in there and 2. so my concept was worthy after all and you didn't even want to hear it.

Someone hit me in one the parking lot of the building he manages. She (Shanna Hood) has been impossible to get in contact with and when she did call me she was extremely rude. She reprimanded me as if I was her child for calling and leaving a voicemail message at this corporate phone number. She does not manage the property and is never on site in case of emergencies. If you are thinking of renting at 5665 New Northside Dr. please reconsider. People can damage your vehicle in this parking lot and because it is private property, they won't be held accountable. And, this company will not release any camera footage to help you.

AS A VERY MOTIVATED POTENTIAL CLIENT I REACHED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT SEVERAL COMMERCIAL LEASING OPPORTUNITIES THAT I WAS VERY INTERESTED IN BUT NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. MY INITIAL CONTACT WAS WITH THE VP OF THIS COMPANY WHO IGNORED ALL MY INQUIRIES. VP CAN'T EVEN MANAGE THE EASIEST TASK OF ANSWERING EMAILS. GOOD LUCK ACKERMAN & Co

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about the individuals at this company that I have interacted with. My son and I are looking for retail space for a CBD business. When Courtney Brumbelow finally returned our call about a particular space we were interested in, she was highly dismissive and even hung up on me before I had a chance to ask for recommendations of places to look. I am appalled about the lack of professionalism and the clear "there is nothing in this for me" attitude that I was presented with. NEVER!
