DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do any business with Bing Li. She is the most dishonest realtor I have ever come into contact with, and thats a lot to say as I work in the real estate industry. I rented a property with her and quickly realized she will do any and everything to keep your money, and comes off very rude and disrespectful when you confront her about it. She has had multiple complaints by numerous amounts of people , and will never be someone I respect or do business with again. Chapman Hall Realtors should really take a look into the distasteful practices she is doing under their brokerage name. I have also filed a complaint with the Georgia Realtor Ethics board as she needs to be investigated.

Very dishonest people. Bing is very dishonest and does bad business. She had me complete an application and then refused to send my application fee back when it was later confirmed they had already decided on their applicant before i put my application in. The application fee was a Zelle to her yet she refuses to send it back. Horrible business and had the nerve to send me 10 other properties all 1 hour away with a $50 discount. YEA RIGHT

Bing Li is rude and does bad business. She did not submit my application to the landlord. She acted like i was applying to a unit that was already under contract. She needs to be fired and license removed.

I had the displeasure of being on the opposite side of a transaction with Agent Todd Riordan. I had never experienced such utter unprofessionalism in my 4.5yr career or with any other professional person. He harassed me with text messages, up until closing, with manic behavior during a contract dispute, that was quickly remedied. His behavior was demeaning to the point it resemble child like behavior. I sent an email to Renee, broker, and no resolve or apology was given. Renee was equally unprofessional and found nothing wrong with Todd's behavior. I sent a professional email letting them know that I would be reporting the incident to the board and commission. Renee replied that I was nasty and acting like Todd; that comment along let me know that they know his behavior was unprofessional. Todd gave a condenscending apology after the damage was done. I wish to never to business with Champan Hall Realtors ever in life. I see that many other reviews speak of unprofessionalism with other agents. The brokers seem to condone this behavior and did not apologize at all. Please stay away from this brokerage. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism. It is public knowledge that Todd's license has been active and inactive off and on; along with a disciplinary for previouse actions.
