        Called and left messages three times over two days. Message said they would call right back. Three days later no call back and was never able to talk to anyone. Phone number goes straight to voicemail every time.

        Turn around times for reports are absurdly slow. In no world should anyone ever wait 2+ hours for CT Head that comes out of ER.

        This company is hideous. Turn around time for our ER reports averages 3-4 hours. Even then, a high majority need to get sent back for addendum, which takes an additional hour. Reports are very vague and Radiologists miss important details. I do not recommend this company. The staff is not helpful. Beware
