I like that they arrived on time, were friendly, and quickly evaluated and fixed my problem. The price was a little higher than I initially anticipated. And they may be right in the middle of the market rate, since I havent used a plumber for a piece of time. The thing is that I was surprised since I let them know in advance that this was just a replacement of my water heaters T & P valve and they sent two people. It was definitely a one person job, They did discover I needed a new expansion tank, which is fine, but again it was a one person job, and I wonder if I paid a little higher rate for two people. Maybe one was an apprentice and not on the clock. Im sure they get calls from people who think a problem is small and it turns out being a larger job but rather than over responding they could send one and then bring in backup if needed. Im going to go ahead and give them four stars because with all of the different plumbing needs out there Im sure theyre highly qualified. Service: Water heater repair
