This marathon was ideal for me ! The timing that exercise take was so ideal for my schedule. I loved the quality of the type of exercise was given. I could feel how well I worked my muscles. Online access and easy website navigation was perfect. The menu that was provided on the website was outta sight. Diverse selection of food and not difficult to make. Thank you ! And cant wait for next marathon !

I would like to say this marathon is AMAZING!!! It will get you motivated to become a better version of yourself. Its great to get toned and lose some unwanted pounds. It has a very healthy and varied menu for each day. And it has excellent work outs for each day. Thank you, Volga Sculpt!!!

Transformation fitness challenge was very well made and led by a professional fitness coach and a nutritionist. The challenge included videos of exercises with coachs commentary, a different menu for each day (and a good one where you dont have to starve yourself!), general guidelines, and the best part - a group chat support for all participants. The coaches were available to answer any questions in the chat and provided additional fitness, beauty, and nutritional advice. Bonus- addl two weeks of access to the exercise videos, which came in handy for me as I had to pause my challenge due to sickness. Looking forward to the next challenge in May!
