She shows compassion and an eagerness to make sure my issues are resolved. I couldnt ask for a better care coordinator. She goes above and beyond every single time!

        Wait.... was my review deleted? Lol yall.. please do not use this law firm.. omg this is hilarious. They responded to everybody else.. but I guess my statement was too true for a response. They just called (askedbme to delete it) and then deleted lol.... it literally went from 4.6 to 4.8 over night.. (their rating) They are preying on people. I lost alot due to my accident and this company did not help. I could of gotten more negotiating on my own. You are lucky to get 25% of the check due to miscellaneous fees.. I could go on and on.... I was trying to spare them. They are preying on the poor. Please do not do business with them. I haven't talked to an attorney one time except when I made a review on Google.. interesting.. they took doctor fees lawyer fees and miscellaneous fees. They then called and asked me to delete the review. Why not reply on here like you did everybody else who gave a 1 star? Since I feel I'm 1000% right I'll post some pics. I didn't even get enough for a down payment after months of waiting. Can't wait to go on local radio stations to talk about Amy Witherite.. trying to bully me and give me 2000 dollars

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. We respectfully disagree with your assessment of the handling of your case. Since beginning representation in July 2024, and through the time of payout in February 2025, you did not mention any issues with the representation. You were kept informed the entire duration of your case, in spite of your failure to follow the treatment plan suggested by your doctor, we were still able to obtain a settlement which you agreed to and instructed us to accept on your behalf. You received more than the amount that was you were promised at the time of settlement. It is our goal to obtain the best result given the facts and circumstances of each individual case. In your case, based on the facts and circumstances, we feel we met our goals.
