Law office of Douglas Cook is amazing! 5 stars from me. Steven and Alicia are the absolute best at what they do. This is actually the 2nd time using them. Very professional and they actually help you in whatever your needs are. They always respond very quick, if not through email they pick up the phone and call you. They even check on you to see how youre doing, They made this unfortunate experience the absolute best they could. I hope I never have to go though another accident but if I do , you best bet they will be the first ones I call. Also the have the best prices in town and surrounding areas

I can not recommend attorney Steven Herman highly enough!! He and Alecia Brooks, his paralegal, were certainly all of the usual lawyerly things...smart, skilled, great attention to detail, etc. But, and to me more importantly, they are kind, and really care about their clients. They supported me through this incredibly difficult time after my accident, and it meant so much to know I mattered as more than just a client. They sat through more than a few tearful calls with me and helped me navigate all of the medical, insurance, work, and financial stuff involved with a grace and kindness that is rare these days. When it was time to settle my case, Atty Herman stood strong and got me a far better settlement than I would ever have expected or dreamed of. While I'd still like to go back to the way I was before my accident, it is such a comfort to know that financially we can replace all that we lost, and pay for my future medical expenses, and he made sure that happened for me. Attorney Steven Herman and his assistant Alecia Brooks deserve my highest praise for the way they handled my auto injury case. They were easy to reach and responded promptly to all of my questions and concerns. They worked hard on my behalf and obtained an excellent settlement for me. I drive a great deal for my employer and cover several states in the southeast. Like me, I'm sure you see bill boards everywhere with ads for large law firms boasting about ennormous settlements they win for clients.
