Lanier Parking

I was given a $5 voucher because the space I reserved was further from my destination than stated online. I was told their navigation system was not always accurate. I reserve a spot with the voucher for my son-in-law. He follows his navigation system to the address Lanier gave and parks in that parking lot. The next morning he returns to find his car booted. Lanier's lot was actually on the other side of the building which would make that an entirely different address. The man who came to remove the boot ($65) said this has happened frequently and the company is well aware. This was months ago and Lanier made no attempt to compensate after many requests. This is unacceptable. I would recommend this company to no one; not even an enemy. I wish I could give it -5 stars.

We have parking cards with this company and there were times when our cards would no longer work at the exit gate, but it was near impossible to reach someone to get a solution if it was off hours or over the weekend, which was problematic. There was a period when there was an overnight man on service, but this worked once out of the three years we were here, and there were a handful of incidences. Also, make sure you send a written statement to end your services, because they will continue to charge you even if you attempt to call them. Long story short- calling this company doesn't get you very far, and select emails get responded to.

I parked at the parking garage at 221 Peachtree. I was only in the parking garage nine minutes long enough to have to drive to the very top of the parking deck to only realize I had inadvertently pulled into the wrong space. I was in the parking garage a total of nine minutes and we're still charge eight dollars to park. When I contacted the customer service representative she was rude and not helpful with the situation. I am disappointed with the company's customer service.

Horrible service rood unprofessional personnel and management made me wait in a under ground parking at modera condo for being in wring place apple maps toik me here was 44 peachtree they made me 20 min late over 2.00$ crazy argued saying i had to pay thats rule even if wring apt complex but after all ill give you a one time courtesy after arguing 20 min then let me go like playing a power trip over authorities and $2.00 for 1 min really i will forward my complaint to BBB today for the 2 ladies who thought this was funny

I want to file a complaint on your employee Fatima. Her customer service is unacceptable. I came in the office to ask a question. She was in there using profanity and I had my child with me. She got rude and disrespectful, because I interrupted her while she was searching for a house and a car. She never answered my question.  I will never come back in Love Park Garage while she is working there. I park there a lot.
