        This lot is okay in the daytime workdays but absolutely don't park here over night or on a holiday or during an event. Many cars get their windows smashed for no apparent reason at night and it's troubling.

        My car was broken into in this lot. Did $400 of damage to the car and stole another $200 of property. None of the stolen goods were visible.

        Worst customer service ever! I parked here and charged twice! I contacted customer service to inform them of the over payment. The lady who answered the phone was very polite but she kindly informed me that she didnt see where I was charged twice!! Say what! Why would I lie about $8. Give me a break! Thank you Wells Fargo for refunding my $8. Parking Company of America yall need to do better!
