National Parking

Be advised that Advanced Booting Services watches this lot like a hawk and will boot you even if you are 5 minutes over your paid time. I parked there, and escorted a friend to the bus station after paying for 1 hr. After seeing him off, the vermin booted me and was waiting to collect $75 . I would not park there ever again, and woe be it to anyone who dares to tread on that pavement.

These guys are jerks. I tried to park my car there for multiple days but the machine wouldnt allow for multi day purchases even though the sign clearly says multi day was an option. Needing to catch a bus, I left the car there and took down their number. When I called to explain the situation and tried to pay them, they showed great contempt and offered no help. Heres a guy who is trying to pay for your services and is honestly trying to make sure you are compensated but your machine wont let me pay you, instead you basically said, tough luck. I try to get on top of the situation and ask if they can preemptively contact the booting company to avoid a $75 per day charge and they refused to help. When I asked for contact info of the booting company they said, ABS booting, you can look them up. So no willingness to help a customer making good effort to give you business and a contemptuous response. At the least, maybe a better response like, heres the number of the booting company, maybe they can help. When I called ABS, they were actually nice and took down my info. If seems pretty backwards that the customer service of a booting company was much nicer and more helpful than guys who run a company that also works special events.
