I reserved a space at the parking lot near Atlanta Symphony Hall tonight. I paid $11.50 when I could have paid $10 on site. Big mistake. The email they sent should have had a QR code to scan for entry. It didn't. I called parkmobile and they didn't pick up though they advertise they are available 24/7. I had to press the bu/on for a ticket to enter. Then I phoned again and this time they picked up after having to listen to a many prompts thing to get me to use an automated voice that couldn't comprehend the problem. They then sent an email with a QR to use when the concert was over. I was almost late for the concert. After the concert I couldn't get out of the lot using the code because I hadn't checked in by using it. You would think they might have known that wouldn't work. So I called them again but nobody picked up. So I had to pay to get out. I called several times after I got home with no pick up. Very enfuriating. Then when they picked up, they heard my complaint and requested I send proof I had to pay to get out. Did they not know that their system wouldn't allow me to get out without paying again ? This is a system that needs work. My experience was that I wasted time and was very frustrating. User beware!
