PROMENADE Parking

Hustled and scammed. DO NOT PARK HERE. Paid for parking in garage, had boot put on car regardless. Applied for dispute on boot, completely ignored.

My truck along with twelve other vehicles was broken into while security was on duty. I was told that I could get a report but only got the run around. I do wonder if it was an inside job!

My hotel had gotten sold out from under me on North Druid so I was relocated to Hampton Midtown and had to park here ...No direction in the parking deck far has how to get out ..I thought elevators are what we used and go down to 1 but no that isn't u go to 6 but again saw no directions it was late , my grand had open heart surgery and then my hotel roomixip , then 20 bucks to park ...???? My son come to my room for maybe 2 hrs and had to pay $18 to park how is this right ?

Terrible communication system installed at the gates. With the car noises, traffic, air handling units, there is so much noise but the communication system is on the lowest setting. One of the gates is always broken out of the 3 entrances.
