The Interlock Parking Garage

Parked here for the Sandbox VR. We paid using the signs in the garage (Park Mobile I believe). They still sent me a letter for an $85 charge stating that it's the final notice and will be sent to collections. My understanding is that this can be sent to collections but it cannot affect any credit score since we did not engage in any contract. I encourage you to also leave reviews for the businesses that rent from Interlock and therefore advertise to park at this facility. They need to be the ones to pressure this scam company to play fairly.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Me and my boyfriend used this parking garage to go to the putt shack and we paid $18.45 for 2 hours and still got a $85 ticket in the mail, because they said we didnt pay. We did use the app that was posted on the wall to pay. If you decide to still use this parking garage please make sure you SCREENSHOT YOUR PAYMENT for proof, but I highly dont recommend parking here

It's true--even if you pay with ParkMobile and leave on time, you may still get a ticket in the mail that must be paid within 30 days. The letter tells you how to dispute it, and once you initiate the dispute, the 30 day window is paused, to allow time for the dispute. When I submitted my dispute, I received an email saying they would respond to my dispute within 30 days. We'll see how long it actually takes...
