Parked in the Red Deck at The Battery ATL for an off season night for dinner/evening out. Arrived at 7pm, got in our car at 1045pm, unable to get out of deck until after 1150pm. We were parked on the 5th floor and after we pulled out of our spot we sat on the 5th floor for over 45 minutes before we were able to move even one car length. We were stuck on this floor with 20-30 other vehicles. We called security at the Battery who told us it was a traffic jam and sent us to the parking garage voicemail. A member of our vehicle as well as. Other vehicles walked down the garage to see what the issue was, for 3-4 levels no one was moving. The exits were bottle necked, no one from parking came to help direct traffic. Multiple exits had only 1 pay station open, other pay stations were blocked. Paying customers in the deck had to get out and direct traffic. When we arrived to the exit, a parking attendant came and blocked us from leaving after 10+ cars ahead of us were allowed to exit that particular exit. He redirected us to a different exit on the other side of the parking deck. We were trapped in the deck for over an hour, still required to pay in full to leave once we reached the exit. As a medical professional I felt very very unsafe being trapped in this parking deck with no way of escape for over an hour. Very very unprofessional. Stealing customers money by trapping them in a parking deck for over an hour should be a crime, its robbery and felt very much like we were being held hostage.

The absolute worst. Parking garage is NOT 24/7 as advertised and took my prepay regardless. Won't respond to messages. Buyer beware!!!

This company is a SCAM and a rip-off!! I went online to pay for parking on Saturday for the Celebration Bowl at the Mercedes Benz Stadium. The website asked me to enter day, start and end time and gave me a price. I paid that amount. I thought something was off when the it stated you only need your license plate number that you entered to show proof of payment. Once we got to the parking lot we were told that they dont accept online payments for events and we had to pay an additional $40 to park. The attendant said that the company is aware that they allow people to pre-pay online but then have them to do the dirty work of telling people they have to pay in person to park in the lot. Ive already disputed the transaction with my bank. Shame on you scammers!!
