Buckhead Village Parking Deck

Absolutely horrible experience. Could not find a parking space then waited so long just to exit the parking lot and to pay the fee since I sat in traffic for more than 15 minutes. The parking attendant was incredibly rude to me and he was part of the reason there was so much traffic. There were two places to pay and leave but nobody could see, the parking attendant just stood there and played on his phone instead of telling people they could move to the open station. ZERO STARS

This is a nightmare. Its backed up and the cars arent moving. Ive been waiting almost 20 mins just to get inside the garage now we are just sitting waiting to park but Ill more than likely just leave.

Been sitting in this parking deck for an hour trying to find parking, there is no parking, and trying to get out of here in a nightmare. Cars trying to exit are backed all the way up to the fourth floor and we are hardly moving. Wish I could give this 0 stars. Absolute nightmare and a safety hazard!! If there was an emergency no one would be able to get out

Wish there was an option for zero stars. Been sitting waiting to get out of the garage for 1.5 HOURS!!!!! And none of the people working here seem to care. So many people waiting and pissed!!! Terrible experience. Please do better.

Clean, well lit, easy to navigate. No issues with parking passes or anything.
