Huge rooms! Actually its a huge hotel! I never would have guessed how big it was from the lobby! Excellent continental breakfast! Comfortable beds! Didnt get to try the amenities because we were only there for an early flight!

When I first arrived at this hotel this, I was accommodate by early check in! Which I thought was amazing. However when we entered the room it was very hot. I turned the air on 68 degrees then left. Upon returning to the room it was extremely hotter than when we first arrived. My family and I went to the front desk and ask if they can change our room or switch us to a different hotel. Which she deny the request and told us your room isnt the only room without working AC. I informed her that, the room conditions is unacceptable to sleep in. The front desk clerk didnt care and seemed annoyed from all the complaints we were giving her ,not only the air conditioner wasnt working but the power in the whole facility went out. My kids was scared and crying. We had just gotten off the elevator when the power went out. The room was also not clean, we saw bugs. I then contacted my travel advisor to get us another hotel, was on the phone until 3am in the morning, stuck in this room with the door open all night because of the air conditioner. I also contacted the general manager which still have not heard anything back. At 4 am the finally brought us a fan which didnt help at all. The next morning we check out and the clerk told us we still would be charged the for other night and good luck with trying to get you money back, which was very rude of her. Do not waste your time, energy or money here at the Embassy Suites by the Hilton. You would think being a big name hotel that you wouldve accommodated us or provided better customer service. Never in my life. Have I ever experienced this type of service.
