        There was a scammer in the parking lot with official gear and signage telling to pay him and he gave us a ticket to put in our dash. We came back and our car was booted. They need to do a better job preventing this or AT LEAST get better signage!!

        Read some of the negative reviews here and thought I would chance it. Nope it's a scam as far as I can tell. Made a reservation on spot hero and got there yesterday and there was caution tape all over it, no option to park there, no staff. Wouldn't have felt safe leaving my car there and had to find other parking. So felt quite cheated by the company. However would recommend spot hero as they quickly gave me a full refund.
