The gate to secure the parking garage is never consistently working! We pay to park the rams Unfortunately due to the lack of security our daughters car was broken into yesterday! She called the police, stood in the freezing cold garage for over an hour and a half waiting for police. Come to find out there were 7-8 cars on the second floor broken Into as well. She called the office they told her to speak with the office staff in the garbage (NO ONE was there)!! We had to pay $300 dollars to have the window replaced. This is NOT OK!! Someone needs to make this right. Reimburse all of us that were broken into because of your faulty security gate, Cameras and lack of staff presence!!

The worst customer service ever. Do not parking over here. They told me I needed to start early to reserve a spot and then they would not honor their commitment. Huge issue with communication between Dwell and Secure Parking. Do not park here ever.

The parking garage doesnt take the effort to make the parking for residents sign more visible in the dark parking garage. The resident parking is very spread out with no type of organization. So when I show up to my car I see that I have been booted. Then when I go to ask the front desk they cant figure out why I was booted. I was sitting there for 20-30 mins till they told me the reason. Then as I try to pay to get the boot removed the JOB ID does not work. Now I have to sit and wait for I dont know how long yo get these things removed. So I just think making the signs more visible or putting all residential parking in one area so this inconvenience doesnt happen again to people like me who are already paying monthly parking to park here. This is very frustrating!!!
