        I purchased tickets for my daughter and her 4 year old daughter. We were late signing up so our times to go were limited. Early morning or 8:00 pm, after some thought we decided to go with the 8:00 due to all other times being filled. According to the ticket info they arrived in Raleigh at the location about 7:40 according to ticket information. They did not get in until somewhere around 10:00 pm. Apparently they were also selling tickets at the location and caused the arrival into the park to be delayed. (by 2hours) I was offered to go back on Monday or Tuesday, we live out of town and this was not an option. I am hoping for a refund. The tickets are non refundable but I assumed that would be if you received the product you paid for. In this case I received a 10:00 show instead of an 8:00 show. I would have never purchased a show that late.
