Best Lender of all time!
There are no words to describe how incredible Ms. Ruby is at her job. Going into the whole house buying process was pretty intimidating to me. Choosing the best mortgage lender, loan type, and realtor is imperative to having a successful home buying experience and I had no idea where to start. Ms. Ruby was the second lender that I reached out to during the initial process of finding a lender and from the very moment I spoke to her, I knew she was the lender for me. Ms. Ruby not only made me feel at ease, but she assured me that she would walk me through the whole process until I made it to the finish line. Honestly, I don't know what I would have done without Ms. Ruby held my hand throughout this process. To say we hit some rough bumps throughout the process is an understatement, but Ms. Ruby not only stuck to her promise to see me to the finish line, she went way beyond her call of duty to help us reach our goal of purchasing our house. Ms. Ruby has a strong faith in God and whenever I felt doubtful and unsure, she reminded me to hold onto my faith. Ms. Ruby's dedication, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients can be matched by no other. Closing on my house was one of the best days of my life but also a little sad because I knew my time with Ruby had come to an end. Ms. Ruby leaves such a positive mark on those she engages with. Ruby Moore is the best. We have used her twice (once for a purchase and once for a refi). We have also referred friends and family that also used her. No matter what she will do all she can for her customers. She truly knows what customer service is all about. If I could give 10 stars I would there is not enough stars to describe the star she is. I believe her awesome caring and loving personality compliments the service she provides. I highly recommend trying the best (Ruby Moore) instead of the rest.

If I could give 1 MILLION STARS TO MS. RUBY MOORE I WOULD! She was absolutely amazing during our process! She explained everything to us from beginning to end. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She treated us as people she cared for and not just a client. She made the process such a breeze and we closed so fast!
