Do not use this company. The technician that was sent to my home was not professional, left a mess in my backyard and did not complete the job. I called the company to complain. They were supposed to send another contractor to my home to complete the job. I called again to complain and they were going to refund a portion of the payment that I made to them. Again, I never heard from them. I am taking a loss on this one. I knew something was going to be bad when the company wanted a deposit before starting the work. Service: Drywall installation

Hired this company in July to come and repair a leak from the roof vent in one of the bathrooms, employee was always late coming to work but repaired the leak and the ceiling in the bathroom and closet and promptly paid our bill, here we are in December and it's leaking again. Tried to contact the employee and James from Pronto (that gave us the estimate), the employee says he no longer works for Pronto because he was never paid for the work done and James doesn't return my calls or emails. Very poor customer service by this outfit, don't think I will ever use this company again for anything and would suggest you not use James in the future either Service: Home maintenance & repairs
