I would use Keola again and again. My property was in GA and I live in MO but from beginning to end this was a seamless process for me... No snags. Keola was professional, efficient, and she communicated well. She was very clear and direct and she always made sure that I understood what she was communicating. I didn't do any of the work because she was working for me behind the scenes handling all the problems, issues and conflicts that arise with the buyer, other realtors, inspectors, and tenants. She protected me VERY WELL. Our values aligned--- there MUST BE peace even in the midst of the chaos. Keola was reliable and organized. She answered emails, texts and phones calls in a timely manner. She never left me hanging. If she couldn't talk when I needed her, she'd let me know when she would be available and she followed up when she said she would. I'm sure I tried her patience but she did not show irritability when I would ask her the same thing more than once or twice or thrice. That goes a long way. When I became discouraged or negative, she would gently steer me FORWARD with her kind words, gentle manner and humor. Keola never missed a beat. She always had a Plan B in place to move the process forward. She was determined that she would have a happy client no matter what...... And she delivered!!! It's amazing that I never actually saw Keola until the day of closing but she had worked so closely with me that I FELT LIKE I had seen her everyday. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend Keola for your real estate needs. Honestly, she was so attentive that I FELT LIKE I WAS HER ONLY CLIENT.
